This capital increase aims to invest further in the ownership and lease rights of warehouses and ready-made factories in the Bangkok Free Trade Zone project 1 (Bangna-Trad Road km. 23), Bangkok Free Trade Zone project 2 (Theparak Road), and Bangkok Free Trade Zone project 3 (Bangna-Trad Road km. 19), with a total rental area of approximately 221,678 square meters. These properties are strategically located in key industrial and logistics areas, with the new assets expected to have an average occupancy rate of 96.9% and 100% respectively by the end of Q1 2025.
